Acquisition of AB EBA Plast

Specialplast invests in local production.

On the 29th of October we acquired AB EBA Plast from its former owners Hans and Marita Petersson. The acquisition is a step in the strategy to grow in Gislaved with more production - especially within the Medical sector.
